How do credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly pool of credits. Each render spends credits based on output type and length — stills are the cheapest, long-form video the most expensive. Unused credits roll over for one month.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly (annual billing saves you 20%). You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How many images or videos can I generate?
It depends on your plan: from about 4,000 images or 50 videos a month on Starter to 74,000 images or 900 videos on Business. Infinite and Business run 32 renders in parallel and include unlimited models: Flux 2 Pro and Nano Banana 2 on Infinite, plus Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2 and Seedance 2.0 on Business.
How can I purchase extra credits?
On Plus, Infinite and Business you can top up anytime from the credits counter in the top bar and keep going without changing plan. Top-up credits don't expire.
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes, on Plus, Infinite and Business: they include a commercial licence for client work, campaigns, ads and social content. Starter is meant for personal projects and testing.
Can I change my subscription after purchase?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.
Do you offer Enterprise or API access?
Yes. Enterprise plans include SSO, dedicated support, custom training and API access. Contact us for a tailored quote.
